Well it's all been pain and suffering and I am not just talking about the Autumn Internationals, depending who you support.

But with me being in hospital and recovery it's been difficult to give you more Facebook news and veiws.  But instead I am going to be releasing a rake of new products over the next few weeks in the run up to Christmas.
